Ricardo started his business career in the hospitality industry in 1998.  Beginning as a maintenance worker, he worked his way up to management and finally to the construction of new ground-up hotels.  While in that position, he honed his “hands-on” experience in the building trades and the supervision of contractors and direct crews.

 

In 2011, Ricardo made a change to the apartment industry. He roughly followed the same path of starting in maintenance with Monticello Asset Management, Inc. (a Dallas-based apartment management company).  He ultimately became the President of Fidelity Building & Construction in 2012.  At Fidelity, he has done numerous major reconstruction projects ranging from restoration caused by floods, fire, wind/hail damage, etc., to ground-up construction of apartments.

Ricardo was born in Monterrey, Mexico. In 2004, Ricardo became a permanent resident, and he strived hard to become a US Citizen in 2022.  He lives in Dallas with his family and enjoys biking, golfing, hunting/fishing, boat surfing and anything family-related, especially visiting one of his daughters, who is currently attending Baylor University in Waco.
